Design Notes
We used different sequences for cellulose-binding domains to prevent homologous recombination and other issues. We also removed cut sites for RFC-10 compatibility.

Streptomyces avidinii (streptavidin domain) and Clostridium cellulovorans (Cellulose binding domain) Synthesized using Integrated DNA Technlologies and cloned into biobrick backbone.
